Below is a list of our favorite spots to visit within 30 minutes of your cottage. Waterfalls, beaches, rafting, diving, Snorkeling, etc. Please note that the costs listed below are estimated and may change from time to time. Please contact the relevant establishment to verify pricing as this is just a recommendation list to help you guide you. This is not all the activities in the area, just the ones we recommend.
Scuba Diving

Don't know how to dive? No problem! You can take a Discover Scuba Diving course with Lady G'Diver. They come to the property and teach you in our pool, then take you diving in the East Portland Fish Sanctuary. Jan or Lee-Ann will literally hold your hand if you need the extra confidence and support! Already a certified diver? Just call them and make a reservation.

Snorkelling

Not sure you're up to scuba diving, then try snorkeling. It's a great way to experience the crystal clear Caribbean waters in the East Portland Fish Sanctuary with a quick intro to snorkeling at the Alligator Head Foundation. Minimum 2 persons.

Massage

Enjoy a massage on property and then flop back in bed and relax. We work with a few approved therapists and have our own table here on property so you don't have to move.

Yoga

Let us know if you'd like to arrange a private yoga session in the Jungle Gym on property. Cost varies depending on the number of persons. 1 person = $50.00, 2 persons = $25 each, 3 or more persons = $20.00

Frenchman's Cove Beach

This is a private property that hosts one of the most beautiful beaches the Caribbean has to offer. It has been the backdrop for many Hollywood movies such as Treasure Island, Cocktail, Club Paradise, Knight and Day, Lord Of The Flies, and many, many more.
It has a river running through it and is a great place to kick back. Try going during the week to avoid the crowds.

The Blue Lagoon
FREE
The Blue Lagoon is a sinkhole that is 50m / 170ft deep. There are freshwater springs all around the lagoon that make the water temperature shift from warm to cold. Great place to take a dip and cool off on a hot day. Local vendors sell souvenirs and offer boat rides, rafting, as well as snorkeling trips.
You don't need to pay to enter, it's open to the public. However, there's no parking at the lagoon. Parking is offered close by and the security can direct you.
